Role overview
Senior Asbestos Analyst/Surveyor role focused on asbestos testing, surveying, and safe asbestos management.
The role is site-based and on the road, representing HFS Environmental and providing guidance to clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify asbestos fibres through site analytical work and perform asbestos surveys in all settings.
- Conduct compliant air tests safely and precisely; perform four-stage clearances and quality control checks.
- Participate in the RICE scheme and maintain mobile laboratories in equipped, functional condition.
- Keep accurate records and communicate professionally with clients.
- Follow HSG 248, HSG 264, and HFS in-house procedures; provide expert guidance on site.
Qualifications and experience
- BOHS P402, P403 and P404 or equivalent qualifications are required.
- At least one year of asbestos surveyor or analyst experience is required.
- Experience in asbestos analysis and surveying; excellent communication and professionalism.
- Proactive team player who can also work independently.
Pay
- The description lists salary of £35,000–£41,000 per annum and separately lists pay of £35,902.90–£41,000.00 per year.
