The Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer) is responsible for managing all contractual and commercial aspects of construction projects.
The role includes quantity take-offs, cost estimation, preparation of payment applications, variation claims, subcontract management, cost control, and coordination with consultants, clients, and project teams to ensure projects are completed within budget and in accordance with contractual requirements.
Pay: AED2,532.73 - AED11,232.71 per month
