Requirements and qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in building construction projects, including site and office experience.
- Experience with cost control, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.
- Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills; excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work on-site and coordinate with project teams.
- Previous construction-industry experience is listed as a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor budgets and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Manage costs to ensure value for money and assess project progress accurately.
- Prepare detailed reports and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers, ensure compliance with contractual commitments, and handle cost-control activities.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 6,000–7,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
Work location
- The role is on-site in Dubai; work location is in person.
