Role overview
Peak Star Contracting LLC is seeking a qualified and motivated Quantity Surveyor.

Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum two years of relevant UAE experience.
- Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and cost control.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Review drawings and tender documents.
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Monitor project costs and prepare variation claims.
- Coordinate with project and site teams.
Pay
- AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
