The employer is seeking a qualified, experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer) for construction projects.

Role Focus
- Handle cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and project budgeting for construction projects.
- Support contract administration and cost control.
- Prepare BOQs, reports, and project documentation.
Requirements
- Certification in G+1 or G+4 construction projects is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a QS Engineer in the construction field.
- Strong understanding of contract administration and cost control.
- Ability to prepare BOQs, reports, and project documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ready to join immediately.
