Role Description
This is a full-time office based role for a QS/Commercial professional located in Dubai.
The role involves overseeing quantity surveying activities, managing project costs, analyzing budgets, and ensuring value for money while maintaining quality standards.
Day-to-day tasks include liaising with clients, suppliers, and contractors; managing customer accounts; preparing and submitting monthly valuations: preparing sub-contractors vluations; and contributing to sales and commercial strategies to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and expertise in cost management within the construction or cladding industry are highly desirable.
- Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, specifically Metal roofing and cladding systems are essential.
