Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal departments to streamline processes and communication.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and partnership development.
• Manage client interactions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular reports and feedback to senior management regarding relationship status and opportunities.
• Assist in project coordination and implementation related to relationship management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals.
• **Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• **Experience:** Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, client services, or a similar function.
• **Skills:** Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• **Languages:** Fluency in English and Arabic is advantageous.
