About LiMAR Oiltools
LiMAR Oiltools designs and manufactures downhole well intervention products for the global oil and gas industry.
The company is expanding its facility in Oulton, Lowestoft.
Role overview
The QHSE Coordinator supports the company's quality and health and safety systems.
The role is based at the Lowestoft facility and is described as work in person.
Duties
- Maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 QHSE policies, procedures and records.
- Manage the improvement log and corrective-action process with process owners.
- Support health and safety processes, including reporting and investigating accidents, incidents, near misses and non-conformities.
- Maintain risk assessment and COSHH records and control management-system documents.
- Complete customer quality and HSE compliance questionnaires.
- Organise and support internal audits and assist with external ISO and customer audits.
- Monitor quality and HSE performance indicators.
- Prepare documentation for and attend QMS and HSE meetings.
- Maintain training records and competency matrices; coordinate compliance training, annual health checks and QHSE inductions.
Requirements
- At least two years' experience in a quality and/or health and safety role.
- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering or workshop environment.
- Confident communication with management and other departments.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
- Self-driven, practical approach and good Microsoft Office skills.
Desirable qualifications and experience
- IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH General Certificate is desirable.
- Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 management systems is desirable.
- Internal auditing experience is desirable.
Pay and benefits
- Pay starts at £34,000 per year.
