• Design Review & Approval
- Review architectural and MEP designs to ensure compliance with NFPA standards and QCDD technical requirements.
- Submissions (DC1/DC2):
- Prepare and submit firefighting, fire alarm, and safety drawings for QCDD review and approval .
- Site Inspections:
- Conduct regular inspections of fire protection systems (fire pumps, sprinkler systems, hydrants, hose reels) to ensure proper installation and operational efficiency.
- Testing and Commissioning:
- Supervise the testing and commissioning of fire protection systems to ensure they work as intended in emergencies.
• Maintenance & Compliance
- Ensure existing buildings comply with safety standards, including organizing fire drills and ensuring adequate maintenance of fire safety equipment.
- Liaison with Authorities:
- Act as the technical liaison between the company and the Civil Defense officials for project approvals.
