QC Specialist — Laboratory

We're looking for a skilled QC Specialist to perform quality testing across production stages and incoming materials ensuring every product meets our rigorous standards and regulatory requirements.

What you'll be responsible for:

✅ Perform lab testing for all production orders & incoming materials using AQL sampling

✅ Test product characteristics per procedures and work instructions

✅ Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and support root cause analysis

✅ Review Certificates of Analysis (COA) and verify product compliance

✅ Ensure compliance with ISO 17025, SFDA, ISO, ASTM & GMP requirements

✅ Participate in test method validation and stability studies

✅ Calibrate and verify measuring tools and laboratory equipment

✅ Support CAPA implementation and collaborate cross-functionally

✅ Maintain accurate documentation in batch records and ERP system

What we're looking for:

1.

Bachelor's degree — scientific background preferred.

2. 1–3 years of experience in Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals.

3.

Analytical thinking & risk-based mindset.

4.

Strong documentation, reporting & data management skills.

5.

Quality-focused with solid technical understanding.
