TÜV Rheinland is recruiting QC Engineers and Senior QC Engineers for its Abu Dhabi ASAB project.
The stated project duration is 12 months, extendable.
Employment type is contractor.
Work schedule
- Work schedule is 10 hours per day, 6 days per week.
QC Engineer qualifications
- B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- CSWIP 3.1 or AWS certification; ASNT Level II; and ISO 9001, Lead Auditor, or Internal Auditor certification.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, strong pipeline QC inspection experience, and at least 3 recent years on pipeline projects.
Senior QC Engineer qualifications
- CSWIP 3.2 or Senior AWS certification, ASNT Level II, and ISO 9001 or Lead Auditor certification.
- 13+ years of relevant experience, strong pipeline QC inspection experience, and at least 3 recent years on pipeline projects.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct internal and external quality audits.
- Audit pipeline subcontractors and suppliers.
- Verify compliance with ISO 9001 and the project QMS.
- Prepare audit plans, checklists, and audit reports.
- Review subcontractor QA/QC procedures and quality records.
