CITICORE Interior Design is looking for a detail-oriented and organized **QC & Admin Officer** to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support daily administrative operations while ensuring quality standards are followed across projects and internal processes.
Responsibilities
- Support quality control procedures for interior design and fit-out projects.
- Follow up on project documentation, reports, approvals, and checklists.
- Coordinate between design, procurement, site, and management teams.
- Assist in monitoring work progress and ensuring company standards are maintained.
- Prepare and organize administrative documents, files, and project records.
- Support daily office operations and internal communication.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and required updates from different departments.
- Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and follow-up documents when needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration, quality control, or project coordination.
- Experience in interior design, fit-out, construction, or related fields is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow up effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation tools.
- Ability to work with multiple teams and manage priorities.
- Professional, responsible, and able to work under deadlines.
