QA Validation Officer

We are seeking a temporary contract-based (3-6 months) QA Validation Officer to join our team at our manufacturing facility (Medpharma) in Sharjah.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance validation processes, developing and maintaining validation protocols, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.

Initiate and execute validation/ qualification projects throughout the facility.

2.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align on the validation/ qualification plan.

3.

Plan, schedule and organize validation/ qualification projects for new and existing areas, including manufacturing processes, utilities, facility, cleaning, equipment, computer system and hold time study.

4.

Plan and assign priorities to ensure critical projects meet required deadlines.

5.

Collaborate with the related departments to ensure that the required standard operating procedures are developed for the purpose of validation.

6.

Collaborate with maintenance to ensure that all supplier qualification documents are reviewed and approved.

7.

Collaborate internally and with other related departments to execute validation/ qualification in accordance with established approved protocols.

8.

Write validation final reports that present, summarize data and formulate conclusions on the validity of the process based on the results of the analysis.

9.

Support the investigation process during validation failure.

10.

Collaborate with the process owner to ensure that the output of the validation/ qualification is implemented into the appropriate procedure.
