QA/QC Manager

About This Role

Position Overview:
The QA/AC Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and quality control processes for construction projects, ensuring compliance with Ashghal Qatar’s requirements and other regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on Ashghal projects and a strong understanding of the technical, procedural, and regulatory aspects involved in large-scale construction projects in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) plans, policies, and procedures.
• Lead quality audits, inspections, and assessments across multiple project sites.
• Ensure all construction activities meet the client’s specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements, particularly Ashghal’s standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to monitor construction processes and ensure compliance with the project’s quality requirements.
• Oversee the documentation of quality control activities, including testing, inspection reports, and corrective actions.
• Review and approve materials, submittals, and shop drawings as per project specifications.
• Monitor performance and compliance of quality management systems in line with international standards.
• Assist in resolving any quality-related issues that arise during the construction phase.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote quality awareness among the project teams.
• Prepare and submit regular quality reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR13,000.00 per month
