QA QC Manager

Overview

• To ensure effective quality management and successful project execution, we kindly request the assignment of a dedicated QA/QC Manager to oversee and monitor the overall project quality activities.
• The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for:
• Monitoring all construction and installation activities to ensure compliance with the approved specifications, drawings, method statements, and applicable standards.
• Supervising QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors to ensure timely inspections and quality control at all stages of the project.
• Reviewing and monitoring Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Site Observation Reports (SORs), and corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensuring that all works are executed in accordance with the Project Quality Plan (PQP), approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and project procedures.
• Coordinating with the Consultant, Client, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
• Monitoring the closure of defects, punch list items, and snagging activities prior to testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Ensuring that all quality records, inspection reports, test certificates, and handover documentation are complete and properly maintained.
• Conducting regular quality audits and site surveillance to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
• Reporting the overall project quality status, highlighting critical issues and recommending corrective actions to project management.
• The appointment of a dedicated QA/QC Manager will strengthen quality assurance, improve compliance, minimize rework, and support the timely completion and successful handover of the project.
