QA/QC MANAGER

We're Hiring | QA & QC Manager Industrial Valves (Oil & Gas)

We are looking for an experienced QA & QC Manager to lead and manage both the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions for our valve and industrial products business serving the Oil & Gas sector.

Lead and manage all QA & QC activities.

Ensure compliance with client, regulatory, and international quality standards.

Manage quality documentation, inspections, and approvals throughout project execution.

Coordinate with clients and Third-Party Inspection (TPI) agencies.

Support ADNOC and other Oil & Gas projects by ensuring quality requirements are fully met.

Drive continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

Proven experience in the Middle East, preferably in the UAE, with ADNOC projects.

Strong experience coordinating Third-Party Inspections (TPI).

Good knowledge of API standards applicable to the Oil & Gas industry.

Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems, including implementation, audits, and certification processes.

Experience with customer quality requirements, inspection documentation, and project quality coordination.

Professional certifications such as NDT, CSWIP 3.1, and BGAS Grade 2 are highly preferred.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
