The QA/QC Lead establishes, implements, and maintains the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ADNOC standards, and client specifications.
The role covers valves, flowmeters, analyzer systems, and factory acceptance testing to ensure contractual, regulatory, and international quality compliance.
Quality systems and audits
- Develop and maintain the QMS in line with ISO 9001:2015, ADNOC, and EPC client requirements.
- Keep procedures, inspection plans, and quality documents current and compliant.
- Support internal and external audits.
Inspection, testing, and FAT
- Oversee valve pressure, functional, and visual testing; flowmeter calibration and configuration checks; and instrumentation verification and calibration.
- Ensure compliance with API, ASME, ISO, and project specifications.
- Lead in-house FAT; prepare and approve procedures, ensure tests meet client requirements, manage witnessing and approvals, and review FAT reports.
Supplier quality and documentation
- Evaluate supplier quality and review vendor material certificates, certificates, and test reports; conduct supplier inspections and audits when required.
- Ensure material traceability and documentation control; review and approve ITPs, quality dossiers, test certificates, and reports.
Corrective action and improvement
- Manage NCRs and CAPA, and monitor action closure and effectiveness.
- Coordinate quality matters with clients, EPC contractors, and third-party inspectors.
- Analyze quality KPIs and trends, drive improvement initiatives, and apply lessons learned across projects.
Requirements and preferred certification
- Quality work must comply with ISO 9001:2015, ADNOC standards, client specifications, and applicable project standards.
- NDT Level 2 certification is preferred.
- The application asks about deep knowledge of valves and actuators.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 6,000–10,000 per month.
