About Your Team

Reporting directly to the QA/QC Manager, you’ll work closely with site execution teams, subcontractors, and consultants. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that all construction activities meet required quality standards and specifications.

Your Role

As a Junior QA/QC Engineer, you will:

• Conduct daily site inspections and identify, record, and report deficiencies
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure compliance with Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
• Assist in planning and scheduling inspections in line with project timelines
• Support work inspections in coordination with execution teams, consultants, and subcontractors
• Conduct material inspections and verify compliance with project specifications
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting for all inspections and test results
• Monitor and support the closure of NCRs and corrective actions
• Participate in internal inspections to verify preventive actions and quality improvements
• Coordinate snagging and de-snagging activities using digital tools
• Support firestopping and life safety (FLS) inspections in coordination with relevant teams
• Track inspection approvals, rejections, and resubmissions for assigned areas

Skills and Competencies

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience in a construction environment (fresh graduates with strong internships may be considered)
• Basic understanding of QA/QC processes, inspections, and construction standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Desirable:

• Exposure to QA/QC documentation and inspection processes
• Familiarity with digital inspection or snagging tools
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
