Experience Required
1–2 years of relevant experience in QA/QC within the construction, contracting, or real estate development sector.
Interview Process
F2F and online for overseas candidates as in when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections of construction activities, materials, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor and verify that all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Identify, document, and report non-conformities and quality issues, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, checklists, and related documentation.
- Participate in snagging, handover inspections, and quality audits as required.
- Ensure compliance with company quality management systems and HSE requirements.
- Support the timely completion of projects while maintaining the required quality standards.
