we are currently seeking a QA/QC Engineer.

Basic Knowledge in Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015)

1. *Project Initiation:*

Attend project kickoff meetings to understand project specifications, client requirements, and quality expectations.

2. *Quality Planning and Documentation:*

Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and checklists for the project.

Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality documentation for compliance and auditing purposes.

3. *Pre-Construction Review:*

Review project drawings, specifications, and materials to identify potential quality issues before construction begins.

4. *Inspection and Testing:*

Conduct dilapidation survey inspections, conduct regular inspections of materials, workmanship, and construction activities to ensure they meet project specifications and standards.

Coordinate and oversee testing of materials and systems to verify compliance with quality standards.

5. *Non-Conformance Management:*

Identify and document any non-conformance issues related to materials, work processes, or finished work.

Develop corrective action plans and ensure that non-conformance are addressed and resolved promptly.

6. *Coordination with Project Team:*

Work closely with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout the project.

Provide guidance and support to the construction team on quality-related issues.

7. *Documentation Control:*

Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, test, and quality control activities for future reference and reporting

8. *Client and Consultant Coordination:*

Liaise with clients, consultants and other stakeholders regarding quality issues, ensuring clear communication and resolution concerns.

Perform final inspections and ensure that all work is completed to the specified quality before handover.

Prepare and submit quality assurance reports, including any outstanding issues and recommendations for improvements.

10. *Handover Documentation:*

Compile and submit all QA/QC documentation required for project handover, including test certificates, inspection reports and compliance records.
