Overview
- Ensure all pipeline welding activities strictly adhere to project specifications, international codes (e.g., API 1104, ASME IX), and client requirements.
- Should have good experience in Cross Country Pipeline Projects - Its Must
- Conduct thorough visual inspections of weld preparations, joint fit-ups, and completed welds to identify any defects.
- Oversee and verify non-destructive testing (NDT) activities, including radiography (RT), ultrasonic testing (UT), and magnetic particle testing (MT), ensuring compliance with standards.
- Review and approve welding procedures (WPS) and welder performance qualifications (WPQ) to confirm they meet project and code requirements.
