Manar Academy Qatar is seeking a skilled **QA/QC Engineer (Oil & Gas)** to join our team.
This role is vital in ensuring that all operations in our oil and gas projects comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety.
Qualifications
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within the oil and gas industry.
- **Skills:**
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, standards, and regulations related to oil and gas.
- Experience with quality management systems and auditing practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement QA/QC plans and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct inspections and audits of materials, equipment, and workmanship to assess quality.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports and non-conformance reports.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
