Job Description:
Ashbilia Aluminium is looking for an experienced QA/QC engineer /Inspector specialized in aluminum works only to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge in aluminum fabrication, installation, and quality control procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and verify aluminum fabrication and installation works according to project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, drawings, and approved materials.
- Conduct site inspections, prepare QA/QC reports, and document non‑conformities.
- Coordinate with production, installation, and project teams to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor finishing quality, measurements, alignment, and overall workmanship.
- Ensure adherence to safety and company standards at all stages.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a QA/QC engineer /*Inspector in aluminum industry only* (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, fabrication processes, and installation methods.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
- Experience in preparing QA/QC documentation and inspection reports.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
