Your Tasks
- Review and verify inspection and testing reports submitted by site Civil Engineers/Inspectors.
- Ensure compliance of test results and reports with project specifications, client requirements, and international standards (ASTM, ACI, BS, ISO and SBC).
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation such as ITPs, Method Statements, NCRs, and corrective action reports.
- Coordinate with site engineers, laboratory staff, and clients for clarifications, follow-up actions, and approvals.
- Provide technical guidance and feedback to inspection teams to maintain quality standards.
- Support internal and external quality audits, ensuring proper documentation and corrective measures.
- Consolidate and submit periodic QA/QC reports to management and clients.
- Conduct site visits, as required, to verify inspection activities or resolve quality-related issues.
- Follow up with inspection team in term of reports and inspection.
- Participation in external and internal audits within Quality team .
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2 - 5 years of QA/QC experience in construction, testing, or inspection.
- Strong knowledge of civil materials (concrete, asphalt, soil, aggregates, steel) and international standards (ASTM, ACI, BS, ISO).
- Experience in reviewing test reports, ITPs, and QA/QC documentation.
- Strong knowledge of civil and structural works, including foundations, concrete, steel structures and finishing.
- Proven experience in site inspection, supervision, and quality control.
- Ability to prepare detailed technical reports and documentation .
- Knowledge of safety regulations and site safety practices.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
Specific Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures and material testing (concrete, soil, asphalt, steel, aggregates).
- Familiarity with international standards (ASTM, ACI, BS, ISO).
- Proficiency in reviewing inspection/test reports and preparing QA/QC documentation (ITPs, NCRs, Method Statements).
- Good command of MS Office and QA/QC-related software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
