Role overview
United Engineering & Contracting LLC is hiring a QA/QC Civil Engineer in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The role ensures quality assurance and quality control processes are effectively implemented across projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures and policies.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and tests for compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Report on quality performance and propose corrective actions when necessary.
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 10 years of QA/QC experience, including at least 5 years in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of international and UAE quality standards and codes.
- Proficiency in preparing quality reports, inspection plans, and non-conformance reports.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Mandatory ISO certificate.
- Previous Abu Dhabi experience, especially on government projects.
- Valid UAE driving license.
Workplace and job type
- Full-time role; work location is in person.
