Role Overview
كيلوج براون اند روت is seeking a QA/QC Electrical Engineer who is a Saudi national. This full-time role involves carrying out technical and supervisory responsibilities based on knowledge of international standards and codes related to mechanical works, in accordance with the organization’s established standards. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and follow up on the progress of electrical works, installation, and commissioning of various units.
- Plan and control the inspection of all electrical works and related activities.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical works.
- Monitor the final inspection of completed electrical works prior to handover to the client.
- Review electrical shop drawings and vendor drawings to ensure compliance with contract documents.
- Review electrical material submittals for compliance with contract documents.
- Review electrical specifications and calculations for conformance with contract documents.
- Implement the Electrical Quality Assurance Plan.
- Review as-built drawings of mechanical works, operation and maintenance manuals, and warranties.
- Safety and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures.
- Encourage the reporting of unsafe acts and conditions.
- Comply with all SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) procedures prior to commencement and during work.
- Required Experience
- Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a strong understanding of international standards and codes for electrical and mechanical works.
