Key responsibilities

• Design and enhance scalable, extensible UI, API, and mobile automation frameworks using Java, C#, or Python and strong object-oriented design principles.
• Lead UI automation and API testing using Playwright, Robot Framework, REST, and SOAP services.
• Define automation strategy, toolchain, framework architecture, and coverage optimization across microservices and distributed systems.
• Implement BDD and TDD practices to improve collaboration, traceability, and test-suite maintainability.
• Lead CI/CD integration using tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI; optimize parallel execution and feedback speed.
• Own architecture and outcomes, including execution reliability, coverage effectiveness, and CI/CD feedback quality.
• Build data-driven and keyword-driven frameworks with centralized reporting and analytics.
• Review code and enforce standards for XPath, synchronization, and test stability.
• Drive database and API validation to ensure consistency across services and environments.
• Mentor engineers, conduct technical sessions, and improve team capabilities in automation and best practices.
