Job Summary
HIBA Pharma is seeking an experienced QA Operations (IPQA) Supervisor to lead IPQA activities and ensure continuous GMP compliance across manufacturing, packaging, and warehousing operations within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead IPQA activities across manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse operations
- Perform and oversee in-process checks, line clearance, sampling, and shop floor monitoring
- Monitor compliance with GMP, data integrity, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
- Review batch documentation and support batch release activities
- Coordinate with Production, QC, Warehouse, and QA teams on quality-related matters
- Support audit readiness, deviation handling, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure proper oversight of cytotoxic solid oral and injectable operations, including lyophilized products
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of QA/IPQA experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with cytotoxic solid oral and injectable products is mandatory
- Experience in sampling, shop floor monitoring, and warehouse QA oversight
- Strong knowledge of GMP, WHO, EU, and US FDA regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working in cleanroom and controlled environments
- Pay: From AED12,000.00 per month

- QA/IPQA experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing: 8 years (Preferred)
