Key Responsibilities

  • · Lead QA activities for multiple concurrent releases, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
  • · Manage and oversee manual and automation testing teams across projects and product lines.
  • · Drive release planning, test strategy, risk assessment, and defect management activities.
  • · Monitor automation framework health, test coverage, execution results, and automation roadmap progress.
  • · Partner with development, product management, DevOps, and program management teams to resolve quality issues and delivery risks.
  • · Establish and track QA KPIs, release quality metrics, defect trends, and automation effectiveness.
  • · Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting to the QA Director and leadership team.
  • · Ensure adherence to QA best practices, processes, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • · Mentor QA leads and engineers, fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and innovation.

Required Qualifications

  • · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • · 14+ years of Quality Assurance experience, including 5+ years in QA leadership or management roles.
  • · Proven experience managing enterprise software releases and distributed QA teams.
  • · Strong background in test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
  • · Experience with test management, defect tracking, and automation tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, Playwright, Selenium, API testing tools).
  • · Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • · Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution across geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • · Experience working with global teams across the USA and offshore locations.
  • · Exposure to cloud-based applications, mobile platforms, and security-focused products.
  • · Experience building quality metrics dashboards and driving quality transformation initiatives.
