Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Engineering with leadership experience.
  • Proven experience leading Quality Engineering strategy, governance, and testing practices at scale.
  • Strong knowledge of test automation, CI/CD, DevOps, cloud technologies, and Agile delivery.
  • Hands-on exposure to tools such as Tosca, Selenium, Playwright, Postman, Cucumber, SOAP UI, and similar platforms.
  • Experience in functional, integration, performance, and security testing.
  • People leadership experience including hiring, mentoring, workforce planning, and vendor management.
  • Knowledge of AI-assisted testing and automation practices.
  • Exposure to AWS or Azure environments.
  • ISTQB Advanced Test Manager or equivalent certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the Quality Engineering strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow Test Leads and Quality Engineers.
  • Establish quality standards, governance, and release readiness processes.
  • Drive automation maturity and continuous testing across the SDLC.
  • Manage QA capacity planning, budgeting, and vendor relationships.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
