QA Engineering Manager (Data Center)
About This Role
We are seeking an experienced QA Engineering Manager to lead the full Quality Assurance function across multiple data center and mission-critical construction projects.
The role focuses on QMS implementation, audits, contractor quality oversight, non-conformance management, and continuous improvement in high-reliability, zero-defect environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage QA/QC teams across assigned data center projects.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the project Quality Management System.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, client requirements, project specifications, and regulatory obligations.
- Oversee ITPs, method statements, QA procedures, and quality documentation.
- Plan and conduct internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of findings.
- Manage NCRs, CARs, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.
- Monitor contractor quality performance and enforce compliance.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, commissioning, client, consultant, and contractor teams.
- Provide quality reports, KPIs, risk assessments, and improvement recommendations.
- Support testing, commissioning, handover quality validation, and closeout activities.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices across projects.
