Role overview

Responsibilities

• Oversee relocation operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage senior teams, optimize processes, and monitor financial performance.
• Drive growth initiatives with HR, Admin, Facilities, Procurement, and Corporate Mobility stakeholders.
• Engage key clients, develop partnerships, and implement policies for reliability, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and guide continuous improvement in planning, communication, and execution.

Qualifications

• Bring leadership, team management, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills for a fast-paced service environment.
• Have operational and project management skills, including process optimization, end-to-end project oversight, and performance monitoring.
• Have business planning skills covering budgeting, financial analysis, market assessment, and growth strategy.
• Have client relationship and communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and collaboration.
• Have experience in relocation, logistics, supply chain, or related services, with understanding of domestic and international operations.
• Be able to design structured workflows, compliance-focused processes, and transparent reporting systems.
• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Be comfortable working on-site in New Delhi and coordinating multi-city and international engagements.
