Role and project

Quality assurance duties

• Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System to Parsons and client requirements.
• Monitor construction work and conduct audits, inspections, and surveillance for compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Review and approve Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans, method statements, and other quality documentation.
• Track non-conformances and corrective and preventive actions; analyze trends and recommend improvements.
• Ensure contractors and subcontractors implement QA/QC processes, and prepare reports, audit findings, and performance metrics.
• Support testing, commissioning, handover, and closeout; provide team training and technical guidance.
• Coordinate quality matters with project stakeholders and mentor junior quality personnel.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a related discipline.

Desired qualifications

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification, or ability to obtain it within six months of hire.
• ASQ CQE, CQA, CMQ/OE, equivalent certification, or ability to obtain one within six months of hire.
• Membership in a recognized quality organization is preferred.

Workplace

• The position is described as site-based within the Riyadh Construction Supervision team.
