QA Engineer responsibilities
- Review technical requirements and prepare test plans and test cases.

- Support automated testing, evaluate performance, and recommend testing-process improvements.
- Maintain test documentation and contribute to software-lifecycle quality standards.
Platform Engineer responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize platforms for applications, services, and internal development workflows.
- Manage infrastructure, improve deployment processes, and support system integrations.
- Configure deployment pipelines, monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and manage platform tools.
- Support cloud environments and collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
- Contribute to automation, security, resource optimization, and reliable, scalable platform practices.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, testing methodologies, and technical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with test planning, test-case development, defect tracking, and quality-assurance processes.
- Automated testing frameworks, scripting languages, and debugging tools are advantageous.
- For Platform Engineer roles, operating systems, networking, infrastructure management, and monitoring knowledge is beneficial.
- Cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, or infrastructure automation tools are advantageous.
- Knowledge of version control, databases, APIs, and application integration.
- Ability to analyze technical problems, interpret requirements, and implement practical solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant technical documentation tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail; communication and collaboration skills.
