We are looking for a skilled

QA Engineer with Airline Operations experience

, specializing in

IROPS (Irregular Operations)

systems — someone who understands real-world disruption scenarios and can ensure high-quality, reliable solutions for critical airline workflows.

What You’ll Work On

  • Testing systems that manage flight disruptions, cancellations, and rebooking
  • Validating passenger reaccommodation, crew recovery, and delay management flows
  • Ensuring seamless operations across airport, operations control, and IT teams during critical scenarios

Must-Have Skills

  • 3+ years in Airline Operations QA with IROPS expertise
  • Strong experience in:
  • + Passenger reaccommodation & crew recovery testing
  • + Flight disruption workflows
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • + GDS / PSS platforms (Amadeus Altéa preferred)
  • + NDC / IATA standards
  • Expertise in:

+ E2E Functional Testing, SIT, UAT

  • Strong coordination with Ops Control, Airport & IT teams
  • Excellent skills in defect triage, RCA & stakeholder reporting

Technical Skills

  • API/functional validation of airline workflows
  • Knowledge of Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport systems
  • Understanding of Passenger Service Systems (PSS)
