Work arrangement

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios based on project requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory software testing.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects with bug-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and resolve quality issues.
• Conduct API testing and validate data flows where required.
• Support test automation using suitable frameworks and scripting tools.
• Maintain testing documentation, results, and quality reports.
• Recommend improvements to testing strategies, workflows, and software release processes.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in software quality assurance or software testing.
• Understanding of software development life cycles and QA methodologies.
• Experience with test management and defect-tracking tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman is an advantage.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and scripting languages is beneficial.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
