Join CreditSpring's Operational Risk team as a QA Analyst, reporting to the Operational Risk Manager.
Monitor, measure, and analyse business processes to reduce risk and improve performance.
The role may be based in the London or Bengaluru office.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Risk team processes against agreed SLAs and suggest improvements to processes, tools, or products.
- Conduct scheduled QA reviews, investigate risks and opportunities, and report causes, impacts, and actions.
- Check credit portfolio data and CRA reporting; make amendments and escalate discrepancies.
- Resolve CRA disputes within required timeframes and support incident management.
- Participate in cross-functional process projects and build working relationships across the business.
- Keep up to date with industry initiatives and products, and cover for the line manager when needed.
Essential requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally in financial services.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- GCSE Maths and English or local equivalent qualifications.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Desirable experience
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience in operational risk, quality assurance, or a related role.
- Basic SQL skills.
