QA Analyst - Functional Testing

• Execute test cases across System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing. • Support validation of end-to-end business processes and system functionality. • Record, maintain, and document test results accurately and consistently. • Perform data validation and reconciliation between legacy and new systems. • Support verification of billing outputs to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Identify discrepancies, risks, and issues, escalating where appropriate. • Log, track, and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle. • Ensure defects are clearly documented to support timely resolution. • Support retesting and validation of defect fixes. • Assist with the preparation of test data, scenarios, and test scripts. • Support test environment setup, readiness activities, and maintenance of test artefacts. • Guide and support business SMEs during UAT execution. • Assist in coordinating testing activities across project teams where required. • Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, issues, and outcomes. • Maintain QA documentation, reports, and testing records. • Contribute to QA governance, testing standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Experience in QA, testing, or system validation roles. • Experience executing test cases and supporting SIT and UAT activities. • Understanding of data validation, reconciliation, and testing processes. • Experience working closely with IT teams and business stakeholders. • Experience within finance, billing, or data-intensive environments is advantageous. • Exposure to performance testing would be beneficial. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and testing activities. • Strong organisational skills with a structured way of working. • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. • Strong communication skills and the ability to support business users through testing activities. • Willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced delivery environment.
