What You Will Enjoy Doing
- Maintain Suppliers records up to date.
- Maintain purchasing data base up to date.
- Maintain tracking records of all POs and update OMs in regular basis.
- Maintain proper system to track goods & services POs to be delivered on time.
- Highlight the risk of price increase in any material.
- Highlight the risk of shortage in any material due to supplier issues.
- Update the price matrix on monthly basis.
- Make sure to maintain 3 suppliers for every item impacting the customer supply.
- Develop payment terms with suppliers and reduce the cash purchase.
- Improve the response time to buy the goods and services requested by the functional departments and approved by OMs.
- Reduce the gap between the PSR / PO/ RIR process.
- Lead the procurement group in all phases
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions.
- Report the department KPl's and analyze the reasons of any deviation from the target.
- Report the supplier's evaluation report and keep records in proper way.
- Follow up the action plan for all audits and close all open items on time.
- Work with auditors in professional manner.
- Keep all purchasing department records in proper way all the time.
- Production Planning:
- Responsible for production planning "include sampling and maintenance activities" and proper communication with all related departments, optimizes production and equipment scheduling to reduce changeovers, and achieve change over objective.

Education And Professional Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or similar in related field or equivalent
Experience
- 5-8 years working experience in purchasing.
- 1 to 3 years of Supply chain position experience, and/or manufacturing environment
- Plastic and packaging & spare parts experience.
- Experience in foreign and local purchasing processes.
- Experience in Saudis Arabia.
- Experience in packaging or similar
- Previous position as a supervisor or manager

- High ethical and moral standards
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and behave in a professional manner
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Good computer skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Ability to use specific logistics/warehouse systems, such as SAP, Oracle . applications (MRP and ERP modules)
