Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Purchasing Manager
to join our team at
Amnco
in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s procurement activities, developing purchasing strategies, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring the availability of materials and services at the best quality, cost, and delivery terms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily procurement and purchasing operations
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies and policies
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with suppliers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors
- Monitor supplier performance, quality standards, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with internal departments to identify procurement needs
- Control purchasing budgets and support cost reduction initiatives
- Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate purchasing records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing management
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills
- Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in security, facility management, or operational services is a plus
