Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services in accordance with company requirements.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery terms.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Issue purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and priorities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Support inventory planning and material availability when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Ability to analyze quotations and make cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Good understanding of procurement processes and commercial practices.
• Experience using ERP systems is preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
