What You’ll Do

• **Strategic Sourcing:**
• Purchase top-tier food, beverage, and operating supplies while aligning with operational needs and approved budgets.
• **Team Collaboration:**
• Work closely with our amazing chefs, bar team, and department heads to meet their purchasing requirements.
• **Supplier Mastery:**
• Build strong vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and source alternative suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
• **Quality Gatekeeper:**
• Receive and meticulously inspect incoming deliveries to guarantee all products meet our high specifications, correct quantities, and freshness standards.
• **Inventory Guru:**
• Take charge of daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts, while monitoring stock levels and proper storage practices.
• **System Champ:**
• Maintain accurate purchasing systems, process supplier invoices, and update databases accurately and on time.

Who You Are

• Experienced in purchasing, procurement, or inventory control within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• A professional with a solid understanding of F&B products and restaurant supplies (experience in fine dining or high-volume venues is highly preferred!).
• A cool-headed team player who excels under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy, boasting strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and purchasing systems.
• **Bonus:**
• Previous experience in the vibrant Dubai hospitality market is a huge advantage!
