Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin & Purchase Coordinator to support daily administrative operations and manage procurement activities for our plastic shopping bags manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations while maintaining efficient purchasing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and correspondence
- Manage purchase orders, follow up with suppliers, and track deliveries
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials and office supplies
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and inventory
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for material requirements
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Prepare reports on purchasing activities and expenses
- Assist in vendor evaluation and maintain supplier database
- Support general office operations and management as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration and/or purchasing (preferably in manufacturing)
- Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, , or related field
- Experience in plastic or manufacturing industry in UAE
