Purchaser Civil

Overview

• We are looking for an experienced Purchaser (Civil) to join our team in Dubai.
• This is an excellent opportunity for procurement professionals with strong UAE construction market knowledge and hands-on experience in civil & finishing materials procurement for high-rise building projects.
• 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end procurement of civil, structural, and finishing materials
• Ensure all materials comply with project specifications, approvals, and consultant requirements
• Perform technical and commercial evaluations of suppliers and subcontractors
• Negotiate best pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to support project timelines
• Coordinate closely with project, planning, engineering, and logistics teams
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and update the Approved Vendor List (AVL)
• Issue LPOs, track purchase orders, and maintain procurement records (Oracle ERP preferred)
• 🔹 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Supply Chain
• 5–7 years of UAE construction procurement experience
• Proven experience in high-rise, residential, or mixed-use building projects
• Strong knowledge of UAE suppliers, vendors, and market trends
• Hands-on ERP experience (Oracle preferred)
• Good understanding of commercial and contractual terms (

• Experience in residential towers, mixed-use developments, podium + tower projects
• Exposure to fast-track construction environments
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and supplier management skills
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven main contractor environment
