Job Description
We are seeking an experienced **Purchase Officer** with a strong background in **fit-out and interior contracting** to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely procurement to support project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure materials related to interior fit-out projects (joinery, MEP, finishes, etc.)
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers and subcontractors
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules
- Prepare and process purchase orders
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams for material requirements
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance
- Monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages or excess stock
Requirements
- Minimum **3–5 years of experience** in procurement within a **fit-out/interior contracting company**
- Strong knowledge of local UAE suppliers and market pricing
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
