Purchase Officer

About This Role

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Officer with a strong background in fit-out and interior contracting to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely procurement to support project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure materials related to interior fit-out projects (joinery, MEP, finishes, etc.)
• Identify and evaluate new suppliers and subcontractors
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules
• Prepare and process purchase orders
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams for material requirements
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance
• Monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages or excess stock

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement within a fit-out/interior contracting company
• Strong knowledge of local UAE suppliers and market pricing
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
