Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive to oversee the procurement of hardware items, building materials, construction items, and machine tools for our trading company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the procurement process and experience working in the Gulf region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement process for hardware, building materials, construction items, and machine tools.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors in the Gulf region.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best prices and terms.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in procurement activities.
- Prepare and present procurement reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to meet business goals.
