Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase and Logistics Officer based in Abu Dhabi.
The responsibilities include managing procurement activities, overseeing inventory control and warehouse operations, and ensuring efficient logistics and supply chain management.
The officer will coordinate vendor relationships, optimize purchase processes, and ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
The role also involves administrative tasks and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inventory Control and Warehouse Operations
- Expertise in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management
- Strong organizational and Administration skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience in procurement or logistics in the oilfield equipment industry is advantageous
- Familiarity with ISO standards and HSE compliance is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, or a related field
