What You'll Be Doing
- Diploma in related discipline with interest of PRO.
- Proficient keyboard skills and a working knowledge of MS
- Drive to project sites, suppliers, and local authorities to deliver documents, collect permits, or facilitate project-related tasks.
- Coordinate with local authorities to ensure compliance with regulations, secure necessary permits, and address project-related inquiries.
- Support the scheduling of meetings, site visits, and inspections.
- Identify and report project issues or constraints to supervisors for resolution.
- Perform other tasks as needed to support the construction team.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Must be a UAE National
