Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced **Public Relations Officer (PRO)** with strong background in the **hospitality/hotel industry** to handle all government-related processes and ensure smooth company compliance and documentation flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all immigration, labor, and visa-related processes (new visas, renewals, cancellations)
- Manage hotel staff documentation and government approvals
- Liaise with UAE government departments (MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality, etc.)
- Process trade license renewals, inspections, and related paperwork
- Maintain accurate records of employee and company legal documents
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws
- Coordinate with internal HR and operations teams for staff onboarding/offboarding
- Handle typing center submissions and other official documentation tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years experience as a PRO in UAE (hotel/hospitality experience is mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration, and visa processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure
- Familiar with government portals and typing centers
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
