Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) to handle government-related documentation and support company compliance processes in the UAE.
The role involves coordinating with various government departments for visas, labor, and licensing matters.
Emirati candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Process visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and related immigration tasks
- Handle Emirates ID processing and labor contract documentation
- Liaise with government authorities such as MOHRE, GDRFA, DED, and others
- Support company trade license renewals and amendments
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations
- Maintain and update employee and company legal records
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding documentation processes
- Track all expiries and ensure timely renewals
- Resolve routine government-related issues efficiently
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a PRO or government relations role in the UAE
- Basic understanding of UAE labor law and immigration procedures
- Good communication skills for dealing with government departments
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Emirati candidates preferred
- Immediate joiners only
- Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
